🔄 Returns
Due to the nature of our products (consumable health supplements), we follow a strict return policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.
We accept returns if:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong product was shipped.
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Note: Opened or used supplement products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your product, please contact us at support@stellarlabz.com with your order number and issue details.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other eligible returns, you are responsible for the shipping fees.
